The applicant is the operator or owner of the residence concerned.
Applicants submit their application by sending a "labelling application form" to the labelling body chosen by the AVUF.
Labelling stages
The label confers the right to use the brand Student Housing Labelproperty of the AVUF.
Label applications are examined under contract by the labelling body, which then calls on a qualified auditor to carry out the assignment. This independent third party guarantees the impartiality, objectivity and legitimacy of the labelling system in the eyes of stakeholders. It is the only entity with the right to publish and issue the certification certificate.
The labelling body Apave Certification has been selected by AVUF. Apave Certification is approved by the national accreditation body (COFRAC) in accordance with standard EN-ISO / IEC 17065/2021.
The applicant (owner and/or manager of the residence) applies for the label using the "application form" available by e-mail at the following address: apave.certification@apave.com or from their local APAVE contact.
After auditing the residence, the labelling body compiles the opinions to enable the Labelling Committee (made up of at least one representative of the AVUF and at least one representative of the local authority concerned) to decide whether to award, maintain or suspend the label.
