Habitat Étudiant is a quality and transparency label for student residences.
On the one hand, it allows students and their families to distinguish between those residences that make the greatest effort in terms of quality of accommodation, social life and urban integration, and on the other, it helps to make this product more attractive to local decision-makers.
This label is defined by theAVUF (Association des Villes Universitaires de France) on the basis of 4 major commitments by residence owners and/or managers as part of a set of specifications comprising around fifty criteria.
